I am in agreement with everything you wrote in the article, but having difficulty with the conclusion: “Despite all emotion seeking to convince us to the contrary, it is now in the best interest of Israel to agree to International demands to relinquish military control of Palestinian populations and turn over political control to the Palestinians under the auspices of the international community in the majority of the territories we occupied after the 1967 war.”
Are you thinking it’s in the best interest at this exact point in time to relinquish military control in Post 67 land or do you mean we should be thinking of doing that in the near future or distant future to achieve the long term sustainable objective you outlined in the article?
